Amazing service. My partner and I walked in without any knowledge of engagement rings and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Jim in particular was fab; he sat down with us for ages and taught us so much about rings and diamonds which we had no knowledge about. The time he gave us was invaluable. We were so impressed with how he took his time to speak to us and get to know us. Highly recommend!

I called to confirm if I could get the battery in my Tudor watch replaced. They said yes not an issue. When I arrived I was told they cannot do Tudor watches as they do t have the tool.

Outstanding service - needed a necklace unknotting. Such fantastic service and all round really lovely people. A true gem of a find not many shops left where customer service is superb.

Brought in an antique charm bracelet to be lengthened with an additional charm added. Great service, superb care taken. Just really nice people. Thought it might cost a fortune, but was very pleasantly surprised. And the job was done very quickly, just in time for our Anniversary. Definitely use them again.
