One of the worst customer experiences ever. I recently visited this branch in order to upgrade my phone as a loyal customer of over four years. However, the customer support service (if you can call it that) from Urgen was shocking. Each question I asked was either interrupted or answered rudely and unprofessionally. For example, when enquiring about a certain iphone he rushed into the back of the store without letting me finish my question and produced me with the phone in black and rudely stated there are no other colours. If I wished to have this phone in another colour I need to order it myself- online. I additionally asked for help with how to transfer my number, to which he replied that you can ask customer support this online. Do correct me if I am wrong, but would that not be his job or could he have not explained in a little detail how to do this? It was blatant that a reoccurring theme of do this online was his answer to all my questions. I have never written a review before but I honestly had the worst experience here and was treated appallingly. What makes matters worse is I was accompanied with my father which shows what little respect Urgen clearly has for customers, As a result, I changed from Three to Vodafone whose service was exceptional and accommodating. Save yourself some time and do not visit this branch.
