Horsmans Place Surgery

CLOSE THIS SURGERY DOWN ! Absolutely awful service, staff rude and couldnt care less ! Cannot get a face to face appointment for love nor money. Spent 3 mornings in a ridiculous queuing system over the phone to be told no appointments every time. Physically waited outside the surgery for it to open being first one in in hope to get an appointment to be told they can only give them over the phone ! Called up there and then.. no appointments! Their answer is to try again tomorrow or use e consult ! If I wanted a phone call I would have asked for one ! Cant remember the last time I see my doctor through this shambolic system. Where do I opt out of pay for the NHS !!! 0 stars !

My sister is an ex-patient. She was under the care of this practice for 6 years. Had high blood pressure that the female doctor told to treat with diet and exercise (she was a avid runner). Mocked when she was struggling with the menopause and always struggled to get her repeat prescription for her mental health condition. Moved house in 2021 and the couldnt wait to kick her out. Best thing that ever happened as her new surgery is brilliant and she is now receiving top care. Maybe this surgery should be reviewed by the powers that be. Sad state of affairs really.

should be closed down tbh. edit: was on hold for 2 HOURS today only to get cut off when I got to number 1 in the queue. I went down there and there are no phones ringing at all. the staff are awful and don't care.

Can never get a doctors appointment always too busy half the time you get cut off the line appointments have gone and doctors are to slow at releasing your prescription
