        Went in to buy a ring. The sales assistant (didnt catch her name but she was mature, had short dark hair and stood at around 54/5) was incredibly rude, condescending and had a really nasty attitude. Not once did she smile or offer any polite words. I asked to look at some jewellery and she was clutching the pieces to her chest as if I was about to run off with them! I left the store feeling really quite sad and upset that shed been so dismissive and treated me this way. I ended going to H Samuel next door and bought a few bits for my friends birthday there instead.
