I visited the Epsom store this weekend where Denise and Tina kindly greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Both team members were so helpful and attentive. Great service and a great store!

No slander just facts. Recently, I reserved a Boss watch last minute for a colleagues retirement. I arrived in Epsom having travel from Maidstone and collected the watch and took it immediately to Timpsons for engraving. The gent pointed out loads of scratches on the back of the watch which was immensely disappointing. I didnt have any time to return and had to go ahead with the engraving as i had to present it the next day. I strongly suggest you scrutinise whatever you click and collect as from my experience the staff dont quality check the items when picking them. I wont return, next time Ill go elsewhere as I cant be left with that feeling of disappointment again. I was so excited when I was making my way to collect.
