Website error trying to book an appointment, try again - did so error again, phoned twice (as alternative) hit got off both times - will go elsewhere! From Deans response he obviously could not be bothered to try to help by offering to set up a consultation instead said well do better next time. Carpetworld here I come. Thats the trouble with big companys its not their profit they are losing!

What felt like a headache organising my new flooring following a flood, was made super easy with The deputy Calum in Epsom, super helpful & insightful, never once tried to over sell us a carpet, really personable & empathetic, Great Acquisition he also gave our daughter his phone to watch peppa pig while she was being restless and we purchased our carpets, Thankyou Calum
