A great place when you want to sell some videogames and are happy to sacrifice a bit of money in exchange for getting it immediately rather than waiting a week for eBay. Staff in the Epsom branch are friendly and professional. You will be required to have a CeX account if you want to sell them something, but it takes about 5 minutes to sign up in store. Once you've done that, next time you go in you just need to let them scan a barcode from the CeX app or a physical keyring they give you. When you're buying video games, prices aren't the cheapest, but they're not insultingly high either. One nice thing is that you do have the chance to check discs for scratches first, whereas it's more of a gamble when buying second hand games online. I can't speak for buying or selling electronics like phones, laptops, etc. as I have no experience with that.

What lovely people the staff are, they were so helpful and give great advice and support, I have hidden disabilities and the support was also my wellbeing. I'm very impressed with them. I took my son's old XBox 360 in, it was extremely noisy and they said that it needed cleaning with compressed air, I could do it but wanted them to have a look at it anyway, so glad I did, they found a part had melted so it wasn't going to work anymore. Under no pressure at all, I bought a replacement machine for an excellent price. Son has yet to try his new machine but so far, a very happy experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, lots of knowledge and gave me good advice on the tablet I was going to purchase, the prices are also very reasonable, would highly recommend going there
