        Majority of carers speak broken English which is very difficult for elderly who are hard of hearing. Today they called at my 88 year old mother in-laws who at time was on loo didn't bother to call out or check to see if she was around just marked as not at home and left hence my score she could of been laying on the floor any where in the house as she prone to fall's and feel this is a terrible service they supply
