        Poor customer service. Staff give incorrect advise on three separate occasions resulting in delays and incurred interest charges. Branch manager David doesnt care that there is a long queue of customers waiting as he walks pass. Apparently he had to attend a conference call with the area manager which will take a hour. Funny, when a customer complains, he forgets about his conference call all of a sudden., shame about attending to the other customers waiting in your banking hall!
