Before being pulled into a 24 months contract, I wish the gentleman who saw me, had explained my other options and also had told me that I did NOT have a "cooling period " should I wanted to change my mind. I feel cheated! Another gentleman in this shop has tried v hard to help me but I am still waiting for a positive outcome from EE...

Came in today to look at the Iphone 14 pro max. Incredible service from the sales assistant called matthew if anybody visits EE in epsom go and see him. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Five stars and ended up buying a new phone from him instead of Vodafone.
