Brilliant from start to finish. We had a couple of quotes to sell our house but we liked the down-to earth approach of the Hamptons team and the fact they list on all the major property sites. They gave us guidance as to what we needed to do to make the house look its best, worked to our timetable completely and then sold it on the first open day within a week of listing. There were some delays with the sale with regard to finalising the freehold but the Hamptons sales progressor coordinated with all the solicitors involved and kept them on track as well as keeping the buyers in the loop throughout. Overall, we were very pleased with the service from Hamptons.

I sold a property with Hamptons last year when the market was in decline. The previous local agent lost interest when things went quiet to we switched to Hamptons. Paul was quick to setup the property and was good at advising on a price. Viewings came in quickly and within a few weeks we had sold at a price we were happy. The service was professional throughout, and trumped the other agent we'd tried in Epsom. I would highly recommend.

I can't thank the whole team enough for the hard work that was put in to help in the sale and completion of my mum's property in Sutton. Although it wasnt quite the smooth transition she had hoped, this was at no fault of the team who worked tirelessly to push the sale through. Hilary can't stress how much she appreciated your guidance from start to finish to a successful outcome. Huge thanks in particular to Paul and Becky who were excellent. I was nervous putting the house on the market as I would be overseas for the entire process of the property sale. Leon assured me that Hamptons would look after the property and went the extra mile by putting on the heating during the freezing weather and taking meter reading for my energy bills. Both Leon, Jonty and Becky were helpful and patient throughout the whole procedure and kept me well informed of progress during the sale.
