        My wife has been waiting 4 weeks for a phone appointment(!), nobody called. When we phoned back they said they did call and left a voicemail... but EE account shows no missed calls from local numbers, OR any voicemail on that day.

        Never felt so let down by a surgery before! Park Road taking over Heatherside Surgery has completely ruined it. The Dr's may be great, but it's almost impossible to get an appointment without a long wait and then it's usually a phone consult which is rushed. Almost impossible to speak/see a doctor of your choice too. It's not surprising all the best Dr's jumped ship after Park Road took over.

        Excellent caring service. Nothing is too much trouble, you are given enough time to ask question. Dr Sudall is outstanding.

        My mother and aunt have been patients here for the past 5 years or so( both with dementia and other problems) and I have to say that the receptionists and GPs here are always so helpful and thorough. Cant say enough good things.
