All Star Home Improvements

All star home improvements did my driveway/ refurbish my garden in july/ August 2020 for the best part of over 8k to the worst standard of poor quality. A week after completion, i started noticing cracks in the concrete work ( due to more sand than cements) , paving cracked and failing apart, slaps with big gaps in between. The owner (Thomas) change his mind/ decision on what we initially agree during the work processing, to cut cost. Leaving me not only unsatisfied but also putting me and my family at risk with poorly quality of work done. I also found out yesterday that the pilars were just put in place without cemented, my 9yrs old fell while leaning on the pilar as it gave way. I have spend the last 5-6 weeks trying to get the owner Thomas to visit and repair / reticfy they mistake with no avail. Now his ignoring my emails and putting me straight to voicemail. I will be taking legal action as his work had/ and still putting myself and my young family at risk. I was nice and pleasant through their working for me. Buying bottle water during the hot days , tea and biscuits, even they comment that no one they had worked for treat them this way. So the poor quality of work, aggressive behaviour when challenged and ignorant attitude really surprised me. I am really disappointed and annoyed by their non response. Even with the 10 years warranty in place. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM, OR LESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE. Our driveway looks beautiful. Tommy's team are very professional, efficient and pleasure to work with. They made our driveway exactly as we wanted it and kept their word on price and timescale. We would highly recomend them!l

I've been waiting several weeks now for a partial refund which is due to me because I had to pay for materials to finish their work, and then carry out the finishing myself. They don't call back, and have subjected me to a disturbing prank call as their only response to my requests to get in touch. Terrible customer service, low standards all round. It's true that they have never completed the work!
