Rocheres Jewellers

A while back I took my wedding rings in to be cleaned. When I went back in to collect them the staff explained that the stone in my engagement ring was slightly loose (I had noticed it could turn slightly in its claws previous to this, but hadnt really thought anything of it). They said it wasnt anything to worry about and that the stone wouldnt fall out, but explained that at some point I should bring it in to have it repaired. About a month ago I took my rings back in to have them rhodium plated along with the fixing of my engagement ring. They had the ring for 2 days and when I went to collect not only did they look like new due to the rhodium plating, the stone in my engagement ring was secure again! I cannot fault their service and their care and attention. Thank you :)

I live in Addlestone and after searching the internet for suitable Jewellers decided to use Rocheres. Sarah is excellent and kept us informed while my engagement ring ( which had lost a stone ) was repaired. Also, my husbands wedding ring was bent. This was reshaped, enlarged, cleaned and as it was a ring that replaced an engraved Wedding ring that had been lost we asked for this one to be engraved as per the original ring. Both rings restored and at a reasonable price. Excellent service and thank you.

My ring was fixed just over a year ago and I was reassured that after losing one diamond from it that the clasps were replaced to prevent diamond falling out Well diamond has fallen out so not too reassuring and being a ring thats so sentimentally important to me deeply upsetting

Cannot recommend Rocheres enough!! Ive used them a few times now for jewellery cleaning and also re- sizing and repairs. Lovely lady in shop who is so helpful. I like taking my jewellery to them as its not sent away so no worries about it getting lost in transit and they are a family shop not a chain. Always back on time stated or even earlier. I think the bad review they had with 1 star obviously reviewed the wrong jewellers!!!
