        AMAZING service! Maz and Antony were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our bathroom renovation! They advised us through our last minute reno panic! Definitely service with a smile!

        Maz, Jill and Aaron are a pleasure to do business with! I have recently moved to the area and all of the staff exceed expectations when it comes to smiles and service. After 4 weeks in the area I am on a first name basis with the great team and will not change my alliances.

        I love this supplier but two times in two weeks I have queued and had to leave before being served as only 1 person attending to customers and my time allowed ran out! He was doing his best too, but some customers are slow and have lots of time to chat. There was another staff member who took around ten minutes to scan one item (maybe stock taking?), look puzzled and tap lots of keys on the keyboard but ignored the queue of customers. Old fashioned customer values need to be restored. Its a shame but I was in and out of Screwfix in less than 3 minutes following that!
