He listened to every point that we made and also considered our situation to have our best interest at heart, and assured us that he would try to work magic. So we decided to sign up on the spot. Every processes that David had promised were swiftly actioned to ensure that our house was marketed to the highest standard, ensuring that all photos and descriptions were excellent and gave the actual potential for the house. Our house has sold as promised within 3 weeks to the first viewer, and we now have also secured the house of our dreams which is also thanks to David's interaction and dedication to help us. David has kept us informed all the way through the process and calling to check in at all times and reassure us that everything is being done to put us in a good position. I would highly recommend David to any of our neighbors, friends and family if they wish to sell in the future.
