I love this shop I have used it for years. Crafts for all ages from the very young to adults there is always so.ething to look at. Melissa and Judith are both most help and patient. Their framing is superb.

Popped in with my wife to get some wool and a pattern. One of the oldest businesses in dartford, lovely lady owns the place, very helpful and chatty, if you like older shops with bits of everything and higldy pgldy, you'll love this. Would highly recommend, especially if you're not in a hurry ! Help support local shopping.

Awful customer service. I have previously used your framing service many years ago & was very pleased with the results. However today I was left waiting to be served for at least 20 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there. Meanwhile during wait , another customer arrives & is dealt with ? Can I suggest you acknowledge the presence of a customer & tell the customer how long they can expect to wait to be served ? Im all for supporting local High St businesses but you can understand why internet shopping is becoming more popular when its so much easier.
