        I've been with Direct Residential since 2016, they have been polite, courteous and prompt when dealing my property. They have resolved issues in a timely manner and have provided clarity in issues of dispute. Finally they have provided value for money in terms of working with local providers to manage and maintain the property. I happily recommend them, and their team to manage property.

        It has been a pleasure dealing with (Linda) and (Nick). They both managed to find me somewhere good for my family . Excellent service from the team, very friendly. I am new to the area and now I feel a local expert myself thanks to the lettings team. if I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

        We needed to move home due to emergency and we have found a property managed by direct residential who understood our situation as a family and they have done their best in a very professional way to help us to move fast and smoothly by the way that was during festive season and holidays , they have been committed on times and promptly reply via phone calls and emails, thanks to Ben and very special thanks to Linda for her professional support and clear explanations of every step needed to move in.
