        Many paper and toys to buy

        Went in to buy birthday balloons. The balloon I really wanted was already inflated and on display in the shop. The staff (especially Sarah) were really helpful and I was able to leave with that special balloon. A happy customer.

        This shop is most definitely NOT accessible. As a wheelchair user, the shop layout is cramped and crowded. Last week, the staff had to open the fire escape door to enable me to turn round and exit the store. I left the store unable to make my purchases. Most embarrassing. The staff are helpful and cannot fault them in anyway, but how this store got on the accessible shops site beggars belief.
