Scope

1 star because I can't leave 0. Visited the store on friday afternoon to donate toys etc and the lady was rude, as if they did not want the donations and us dropping off was inconvenient. Will find another charity in future and not shopping or donating there again.

Have had multiple bad experiences in this CHARITY shop , staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming , they do sell some good products but have been made to feel unwelcome we had to leave , staff were judgemental and belittleing as if I was browsing a Gucci store ....

Never again will I set foot in this charity shop after the way we were just treated..ive spent lots of money in this place over the years and donated lots too. The woman was extremely rude to my 9 year old daughter who was just standing next to me quietly holding her scooter while I was looking at stuff for her to come over tell her to move and BE CAREFUL WITH THE SCOOTER .How dare she speak to my child like that who is a very well mannered and polite little girl ..i could if understood if she was scooting round the shop but she wasn't....so angry
