Incredible showroom, advice, quality, fitting, and overall service. We shopped around several places, which just didn't compare to Highergorund. Ended up buying a lot of LVT instead of laminate, and could not be happier with the finish!

Higher ground camberley damaged my decorative radiator, as well as newly finished skirting and walls referred to it as minor damage & passed onto the owner whom never made any attempt to contact me. UPDATE Higherground have now contacted me and also responded to this review in an attempt to try and belittle the damage they have caused to my newly finished bedrooms. Lets make this very clear i was not informed by them causing the damage on the day, they left it for me to to find, the owner has offered to send out a trades man of their choice to repair the damage but will not replace the radiator which i have requested. The radiator is newly installed which is why i do not want them painted over they have yet to respond with a suitable solution and even though i have informed them of damage caused to skirting and walls highergrounds owner has immediately dismissed this. this company are very local to me and at no point have the offered to take a look at the damage caused or have they even shown any concerns. The owner thinks that a customers bedrooms are referred to as a site and if damage is caused it is part of the service / job because thats the industry. what they do not seem to register is good people and companies do not cause damage and walk away. His emails are all directed on his terms and sway the issues. The only option i have is to seek legal advise to recover the costs of damage. Furthermore the owner is now manipulating my emails and seems to think i have requested the radiator costs of 1,500 when this is not the case and this has been explained. I issued him a quotation for the radiator in question and highlighted the cost at 435 its important that this review contains the details so its clear that he hasnt taken any time in understanding my emails.

We had a full refit done by Higherground, and Gerard and the team were amazing. The team helped us choose the best carpets for a young family, while keeping with our style. Seeing the flooring in situ at the showroom really helped us clear up a lot of misconceptions around Amtico which we ended up choosing despite our initial serious reluctance. The Installation crew were incredible and so thoughtful of us and our young family. And the best bit - everything done just under our budget! Thanks Gerard and team, cant say enough good things about our experience!
