Given a reasonably sized order for a new house. Waited weeks for Roman blinds as we were told the material delivered had a flaw in it (twice!). Work eventually completed, required a visit to correct one of the pelmets with a bulge. 9 months later one of the Roman blind pulleys broke. Many phone calls to get it replaced, owner never in shop when we called, always told she would phone back - never did. The moral of this review is that if you hope for customer care after you have paid - forget it, go elsewhere!

Country Curtains is one of the best shops in Dartford, after being there 20 years they have a amazing reputation and extremely high customer satisfaction. Defiantly go to this shop for high standard curtains, blinds or soft furnishings. Amazing Bed spreads and pillows for you to create every body's dream bedroom!
