Recently purchased our lovely new home through Mortlock & Joyce. Pete and Jon have broken all of the stereotypes and preconceptions we had of estate agents. They made the whole experience so enjoyable for us. With their endless explanations, reassuring messages and down to earth voice notes. They swooped in and created the most beautiful photos and video of our house and the surrounding area which made our house feel so human. Meaning our potential buyers could really imagine making this space and area their home. The sale was almost stress free because of Petes amazing ability to communicate with not just us but the entire chain. He picked up everyone elses slack and worked tirelessly to ensure that our busy day to day lives with full time jobs and two babies werent impacted by the selling process. Mortlock & Joyce truly are the future of estate agents. Their level of service is invaluable to making the whole experience a happy memory.

Pete and Jon are both worth their weight in gold and have been a pleasure to work with! My husband and I are finally on the road to completion on the sale of our first home. The process from beginning to end has been managed so professionally. As a busy house with a toddler, keeping a house spotless is no mean feat, so Pete suggested we opted for an open house, they managed the bookings, viewings and gathering feedback, which led to a fantastic sale (and many other offers) quicker than I could have ever imagined with minimal effort from us, which we are super greatful for. Although it's been a long journey (on the purchase front) I honestly believe it wouldn't have happened without the impeccable service and support at Mortlock and Joyce.
