        Everything you'd expect from a Ryman store

        I have noticed a big difference in this store recently.. I can walk in and find what I'm looking for, the 2 new managers are amazing and very helpful and it's a bonus to be able to have a laugh and joke while being served. One disappointing thing is I've been coming here for over a year and never got offered a business card, the younger manager offered me one soon as I said its for my business. And offered me alternative products that where on offer to help save even more. I was shocked to be offered cheaper products, the young lady smiled and said its about the customers being happy and wanting to come back to us rather than making money if we don't have customers we don't have a business. That right there is awesome customer service.
