We've moved out and been nearly 3 weeks and still not received our rent which is owed to us and deposit back could never get hold of the person as in a vertual office

I would give a 0. This person took over the company we were renting from before and did not put our deposit into a protection scheme skimmed money of the top of our rent before handing over to our landlord and didn't pay our landlord 2 months of our rent!! Stay well clear!!!!!!

Kieran and Harry knock Work together and take peoples deposits and do not put it in DPS as they are supposed to by law and they have done it to lots of people and are continuing to do this. They are conmen, Kieran has been doing this for 6 years. He opens a new company every year and closes the old one, I have been chasing him for 5 months he keeps promising to return my money but I have not received a penny from him. He leads a very flashy lifestyle with other peoples money. Beware and definitely check that he has put your deposit in DPS etc asap, but you will find he will give you the correct paperwork but no money would have been deposited. He has closed his website so you cannot put a review on it easylets and his office in Victoria rd is shut and he has moved out of his flat in Sidcup
