very unprofessional, do not respond well to criticism. My friend was insulted by whoever was handling the hiring for the Camberley store because the advertisement wasn't very clear, after looking at the add I agree, it is not very clear about the job. After mentioning this to them they said my friend couldn't read! disgusting behaviour.

I extensively researched on purchasing some reusable period products and was recommended the clever cactus numberous times, so I chose them. I treated myself for my birthday and I spent quite a lot of money on 7 x night pads (i have very heavy periods) and the 3 pack little bags too. The communication side of things is 5 star, they listened to me and sorted out another issue I had with part of my order was missing. The pads on the other hand, I followed the instructions and washed them 4 times before using. The wings need to be bigger and longer, the pads themselves dont absorb as much as I expected. I used A pad on one of my lighter days and leaked through. With this the disposable pads are much better for me. Although, they are really soft and comfortable to wear, and I LOVE the fabrics they use. Just a shame they leaked. As I have used them (and washed them) I wont be able to get a refund or exchange which is annoying as they are quite pricey. UPDATE: After being promised new products, I have emailed and called numerous times about my replacement order and still havent received my products 2 years after ordering. They have stolen my money as no product or refund given. Unable to go through small claims as business no longer exists. Utterly dissatisfied!

This is a great little shop and long may it stay. Their commitment to being as environmentally friendly/responsible as possible is to be commended. All their in-house made 'reusables' and refill services for many household products are so very necessary in Camberley as there aren't many of these services in the immediate area - ditch the supermarket packaging and bring your own bottles to fill!! And their little haberdashery is a God-send since the closing of the two main sewing/craft/knitting shops in recent months. I love this shop I really do and they have so many things to try and see if they suit your needs for yourself and your home. If anything please go and have a browse - I guarantee you will find something (no matter how small) which you've probably thought 'that's a good idea'!!! Thank you Clever Cactus!!
