        I have no experience of domiciliary care so cannot make comparisons. The fees seem reasonable from talking to others and the carers are professional and competent. They vary in their ability to relate to their client but most have a pleasant and friendly approach which helps to calm her during a potentially stressful procedure. Timekeeping is an issue because we are outside the normal area covered by the team and visits can be hours different from those agreed. On one occasion the first visit was at 6.30am and the last midnight, clearly not acceptable. Administratively my questions and issues have been dealt with satisfactorily and office staff are friendly and helpful. I feel I as if I am still finding my way in unfamiliar territory.

        Having dealt with several care agencies during my time,I can comfortably state this is the WORST care company.The so called management, are completely unhelpful,lack compassion and void of any communication skills.Lucky to get 1 star!Keep well away from this company!
