My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich - Live In Care & Home Care

My Homecare are a great team. Kelly is a great asset to the company. She is always on hand if you have any problems & all the staff go out of there way to keep in touch. l had outstanding care for my wife who passed away a year ago, so when l needed care for my Mum I rang Kelly. I never thought of anyone else. I do have my favourites & they do their best to send who I want . I have experience bad care and I can tell you now Kellys team are at the top of the tree, they are just wonderful!

Firstly Thank you Myhome care for the lovely good service to all the customers and very helpful with the carera , when any carers face any issues you also stand with the carers and solves that issues. We have been using My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich since beginning of this year. They were recommended by a neighbour, as we were not satisfied by the quality of care provided by the agency we were using at the time. I am very pleased and convinced we made the decision to use them. We have experienced excellent, professional care from a variety of carers for my wife. They are all very friendly. Office staff acts promptly and proactively when there are changes to needs. I will happily recommend to anyone requiring care for their family.

Totally at peace and assured Mum is being looked after well with her live in care in place. Both carers are great company and support. My Homecare manager and staff are very responsive. I would recommend them.

We used atleast 5 local agencies for varying periods before using My Homecare. We were not been satisfied earlier by the random times care staff turned up, performed half the requested tasks, inappropriately used dad's mobility aids and left within minutes of arrival. My Homecare was the best decision for Dad. He was very well looked after by their really caring staff during his last days. Dad was a lot happier with their presence and company. Meals were defrosted and cooked correctly to his choice. We stayed up to date on progress with his medication, which was an issue in the past. I saved on long trips to my father's house, as office staff assisted with GP visits and hospital admissions. Thank you so very much for all that has been done by you for my late father.
