        Got there at 11am via an aa tow truck and finally left at 1.45pm when it was only for a tyre change. Was told originally it would be about an hour. When someone from the office over heard me discussing the 2.5 hour wait at the time, they did stop what they were doing to go and hurry them up. How can an AA van have me back on the road (motorway) with a spare universal tyre within 30 mins of my call to them yet kwik fit cant change a tyre much short of 3 hours (when I was told 1 hour).
