CAUTION !!! My car was taken for repair to this garage by my insurance company royal sun alliance and has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. There have been delays after delays with no explanation, the customer service team and the director are rude and unprofessional and 4WEEKS they have had my car (still not returned car) to replace a rear bumper and tailgate on a Toyota chr, not a big job just a very slow and unprofessional garage . So if you would like to experience the most unreliable, unprofessional, rude , obnoxious and incompetent garage and staff I would highly recommend Service: Body & Trim

Take with a large pinch of salt any bad reviews of this body shop because I have always received the most professional care and brilliant workmanship. Ive found the reception team very friendly and they offer you a tea or coffee in a clean air conditioned room with comfy seats if you have to wait a short while to deal with your enquiry. The technicians are highly skilled, friendly and will explain to you everything they will do to complete your vehicle to that showroom finish in a quick turnaround at a great price. Give them a call, I think you will be impressed with their service from start to finish!
