Very polite and reasonable prices. Had a brake issue and they sure identified correctly what was wrong with it and fixed it same day. No complain on that. The only reason I give 3 stars, it's because I had my car interior fully valeted 2.5 weeks ago and I received it back with oil stains on driver seat.

I had my car with a BMW dealership for a month and they proved themselves completely incapable of replacing the fuel injectors that the car required. Despite the AA telling them at the start that the fuel injectors were the problem. In the end I had the car transferred to Milestone who did an excellent job and charged less. It also emerged that the BMW dealership had damaged my fuel indicator system when replacing a low pressure fuel pump the car did not need. I have always used BMW dealerships for servicing because I was under the impression they were professional. Milestone are far better than Barratts BMW in Ashford who I dealt with. What a wonderful garage, run by a brilliant team. Luke was friendly and so informative. Certainly the best garage in the area, hands down!! I had to get my Land Rover Discovery serviced and get the MOT done - I had booked it at another place, only to be told that their lift could not accomodate my vehicle. And this at 8:30 am in the morning, just as I had my full day planned. I had to rush and find an alternative super quick as the MOT was due to expire that day. Found this little lovely place, booked in and just within a couple of hours got a call to say it was ready to be picked up. Woo Hoo!! Would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
