Clifton & Co were really supportive during our purchase! The transaction took a shocking 8 months due to solicitor delays. Clifton and Co are absolutely fantastic! We sold our house and purchased our current house through the Dartford branch during 2021. From the initial valuation with Clifton, they were very professional, polite and made us feel valued as a customer compared to other local agencies. Then from dealing with Daryl, Charlie and Sarah within sales who were absolutely brilliant with all of the viewings that we had scheduled. All extremely polite, professional and approachable. They really made the whole process smooth and stress free. This was then also seen when we became not only sellers through Clifton & Co, but purchasers too. Fantastic service throughout. Samantha in Sales Progression kept us informed of how things were moving forward during the sales and assisted with all the steps in moving. I highly rate Clifton & Co and would recommend them to anyone. I was valued as a customer and the whole experience had been amazing with them.
