        Paid 1000 pounds for frontroom carpet ,had it fitted,but next day noticed faulty bits of carpet coming out everywhere ,went to Dartford store where I bought it showed photo evidence, told it would have to be referred back to manufacturer, 2 weeks on stil no info ,asked to chose another carpet but no apparently no manager he left ,phoned customer services explaining what happened ,no joy just put back to store ,so frustrating

        Hi we walked in to the store was greeted by friendly staff, Joe was very helpful and knowledgable about the products and patient with us as we couldnt make our minds up. Thanks Joe for all your help we would highly recommend this store.
