I have used Anthony James to market my rental property, approve potential tenants and manage the tenancy agreement process for more than five years now and I couldnt be happier with the service they provide. Each tenant has been well vetted and as a result I have been delighted with each tenancy. They are responsive, professional and super friendly and I cant recommend them highly enough.

A brilliant company highly recommended. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly I have bought, let and now sold my property through Anthony James. Never had a problem or the slightest bit of stress. They don't bother getting back to buyers if the vendor doesn't accept your first offer. Was prepared to increase my initial offer however after 9 days of no communication and finally being able to get in touch with them, was told the vendor had accepted an offer from another party. Appalling service, would rate zero if I could
