        What happened? Why are staff so miserable and so consumed in their discussions amongst themselves. Even heard one say- Im on holiday next and Im not coming for the meeting. And downstairs at returns till, only one member of staff serving and so grumpy. Throwing the things I returned to the table near her. Lady in changing room was lovely though and we had a nice chat while I was waiting.

        Store is great, always has good stock, staff is very unfriendly! Karen in particular was very rude on my visit to this store earlier, definitely lived up to her name :). In the current difficult economic climate, not making customers feel valued and showing them attitude is not going to help your business Matalan.

        2 hrs disabled parking. Shame physically disabled people no longer exist. Walking hurts and takes time
