The staff here at this shop are not friendly to customers. I have very sad experience with them. The way they talk to me makes me decided to cancel my upgrading and even left EE to others net work providers despite my 10 years with them. The young staff here needs to be retrained on customers relationship approach. Sincerely speaking they are not promoting good image for your company. Very sad indeed.

Share details in my own experience Dennis the Menace was very professional helpful gave lots of advice but as I've been a customer for the last 35 + years I thought that I'll be looked after a lot better when it comes to a phone case for Ronin or screen protector thrown in and a cheaper tariff I'm talking about going back to Mercury then 141

Assistant manager (Kieran) was very friendly, understanding and helpful. After losing our phone, we needed to transfer the old number to a new SIM card. They were able to do this very quickly in a few minutes. Overall really pleased with the experience!
