WOW5 Dartford Massage

I had a deep tissue massage (to treat muscle pain) felt like I'd been hit by a bus the next day but my pain is gone and my mobility is loads better - magic! Don't come here if you're looking for a spa experience as the decor is non existent but do visit here if you need to sort out a muscle issue :0)

I reviewed this place some time ago, after a bad experience. I had booked a 4 hand massage, but when I arrived only one girl was available. I was made to wait 15 minutes (of the half hour), for the second girl to finish with another client. Once both girls were available, it didn't get any better; the massage was interrupted on 3 occasion with phone calls, plus one of the girls would walk out of the room multiple times, presumably to make or take a call. The girls were also texting during the massage (massaging halfheartedly with the other hand). Altogether a massage that wasn't relaxing at all. I was asked to take the review down and offered a free massage, by way of compensation, but it could only be on a Tuesday. However, because of work and other issues I've simply not had the time on any Tuesday since. I enquired again today to make arrangements, only to find the masseuse that offered me this "deal" is no longer contactable on the number she gave me! So I am reinstating the review. In response to the owner's comments following my review (above) on 11/08/2022: On the one occasion I was available on a Tuesday, I arranged for the 4 hand massage I had been offered, only to be messed around yet again and at the last minute, having driven to Dartford and parked in the Sainsbury's car park, to be told that only one masseuse was available. When I threatened to reinstate the review, I was offered a 30 minute 2 hand massage for the inconvenience caused on that day. The free 4 hand massage was still on offer, but it couldn't be that day due to issues at the shop, meaning there was only one girl (Judy) available. Yes it was satisfactory, but it was not the 4 hand massage that I had been promised, which is still outstanding. As stated previously, I have attempted to contact Judy, but her number is no longer valid. How convenient.
