Emmie and co. are FAB - Ive been lucky enough to have a few treatments with TOP - Epsom, including gel mani, leg waxing and a massage. Both Chloe and Caitlin were friendly, professional and made me feel super comfortable. Ive been raving about these lovely ladies to all my friends and family and even bought my mum a mani/pedi set for her birthday! A professional outfit in Epsom. Booked a trial session and then booked a course of twelve. The therapists (Caitlin and Chloe) at Epsom centre are exceptionally professional, attentive to details and always ensure the entire duration of treatment is provided. Appointments are promptly confirmed and timely reminders. I wish this local business much success and growth.

I had some fancy massage treatment. I thought I'd hate it, but I didn't. We've both been working long hours through lockdown and beyond and with a holiday not quite in reach yet (Thanks, Covid) we thought we'd try something a little different to relax this year. What we planned were a series of little experiences over a few weeks, of which this was one. I am extremely paranoid about Covid. Having never done so much as a face mask in my life, I was finally convinced to give this a go by the Mrs under the condition that I could leave immediately if I felt at all uncomfortable due to my aversion to human contact - blame Covid! What I experienced was a pleasant setting that I must admit did make me feel relaxed and the demeanour of the lady serving me put me at ease just enough for me to not bolt out the door straight away. After having a good look around the space and asking about their Covid cleaning procedures, I was satisfied and convinced enough that I'd at least stay and find out what the fuss was about. I did enjoy the treatment despite my initial apprehension and as the treatment finished, I can't help but admit that I even felt pretty good! Later that evening I fell asleep like a log and was told that I looked rather peaceful. All in all this experience has had the added benefit of making me much more open to 'Spa nights in' with the Mrs. Oh and thanks to Emma/Emmy (missed your name sorry) who personally called to make sure we were happy with the service - those little touches really mean a lot.
