Terrible experience. As I walked in, I was stared at for twenty seconds by 3 people behind the counter doing nothing. Eventually, someone came out from a side office (presumably the manager). He asked if I needed any help (with half a muffin hanging out his mouth). I told him I had 2 consoles, 2 controllers and a charger to sell. 'We're about to close the trade side' was his response. I presume that meant I was too late despite it being 5.15 and that I was allowed to walk into the store? Again, everyone looked at me like I was out of space. I said 'does that mean I'm not allowed to sell them?'. He replied with the same response. Basically, all 4 of them stood there like a bunch lemons waiting for the clock to strike 5.30. As for guy who attempted to speak to me, via a sponge cake, he had no intention of doing a stroke of work for the last 15 minutes. They might as have closed?!? Overall, I've never felt so awkward. The staff literally have no manners and are unable to speak until Mary Berry pops out. Awful experience.

Waited in the line for no less than 20mins with no acknowledgment even though i was next. Was offered 170 for an iPhone 11 Pro in VERY good condition (even when i saw a standard iPhone 11 for sale there at over 250 with the same gb memory, they will EASILY double their money.) Even with the buy back guarantee i have to pay an extra 50+ to get it back. I genuinely feel ripped off and the ONLY reason i used them was because i needed on the day for fuel. I even saw a set of old golf clubs on sale for over 100 even though theyre worth no more than 30, which just shows how much they sting you.
