Myself and my husband have used Heald Nickinson several times over the last 15 years for conveyancing, probate and Will writing and have found their service to be exemplary and professional. We wouldnt use any other firm for legal matters.

Had to go in to hand in some documents to be photocopied as Im owed inheritance. A simple task one might assume. The receptionist is SO rude and was highly inconvenienced by my existence and also because I came at lunch time - it was 2pm. The woman who came downstairs to photocopy my documents (all two of them) was also not welcoming at all. If the NHS staff can put a smile on their face for 13.5hrs during their shift and save lives in the process then Im sure you can manage to be polite at 2pm during your 7.5hr shift.

Massive Thankyou to Matthew from Heald Nickinson, we came to Matthew due to a big problem I had with my franchisor and the need to get out, he was always there to answer our questions and helped me get out of what looked to be another 4 years of torture. Thankyou Matthew

Poor experience so far. Receptionist always seems inconvenienced when you call through and the price of the quotes they charge seems extortionate when you find out some of their solicitors work part time hours. Not ideal when youre trying to move forward with buying a property against a timely deadline.
