        Poor connection - I was getting 80max instead of 900. Customer service very poor and slow to answer if at all. After 1 month of persevering, I gave up and went back to my previous provider. Don't believe the sales pitch like I did. Empty promises and awful customer service.

        Order placed 17/2. Activation date not available until 4/4. Router delivery paid for, no router. Customer Service agents claim it was sent on Monday via next day delivery, RM website says the seller has "advised" that the item has been sent and tracking info will be available once it has been received and entered on the system. Staff on the phone are clueless if you ask any questions that don't appear on their script. Too early to comment on the actual broadband service.

        Terrible Service - The advertise internet speed is 900mbps, and i have never reached that speed. it constantly disconnects or gets so slow that the speed is 1-10mbps. When you try contacting the customer service, no one picks up the phone and countless email sent with no response.

        DO NOT USE! They tried to sign me up for a contract I did not request. Scam company trying to exploit people. Tried calling them and it just says "leave a voice mail." That is the type of company this is. They are a scam and have no service at all.
