Im 19 and was in need of someone to support me through a difficult time in my life, Claire was very compassionate, caring and understanding towards my struggles. I have eczema which causes me to have low spells and she gave me ways to be able to cope with it better and to get relief from the anxieties.. I am very grateful for how quick she responded to my emails etc. Always there to help. I recommend for someone who needs support to go to Claire. Again, thank you for the help I needed :))

I am 81 years old and have suffered with Spinal Stenosis for 15 years. I must say life has not been easy and very frustrating as the years and age have advanced my mobility has deteriorated and now dependent on mobility items which are helpful , but does not help my with my Balance, Confidence and Frustration. Anyone reading this will probably think (she's 81what does she expect) I may be 81 but my mind is still young, and this is where I can tell my story about having Hypnotherapy. Hearing about Claire has been a god send to me. I have only been with her for 4 weeks and already I can walk indoors unaided, I don't feel frustrated any more and working hard on my confidence to walk outdoors as in the past I have had a few falls. I listen to her audio 3 times daily as hearing her voice does give great encouragement to continue. Claire is so professional, kind, and easy to talk with and much more, in fact my friends and neighbours are so amazed, and I know she will be having another client pretty soon. I just wish I had known of Claire years ago, however I now have at last a happier exciting future to look forward too. Thanks to you Claire, to me you are a miracle from above.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is quite simply Phenomenal. It gives Rapid relief and results from symptoms that I have been trying to get to the bottom for year's. When I first met Claire, immediately I felt her warmth and compassion which put me at ease. The whole process is amazing and professional. I will forever be grateful to you Claire for this incredible help. And for giving me an invaluable box to tools to use as and whenever I need them. And I do! The aftercare and support is incredible.
