        Useless landlords takes them months to fix anything and when your a day late paying rent they are on to you straight away

        Would give zero stars if I could. Shared ownership with this absolute joke of a company was the biggest mistake of my life! Anyone thinking of doing it - DONT. The only thing they will do for you is up the rent by over 400+ year in year out (whilst youre also paying a mortgage) To add insult to injury they then add communal area charges even when you have no communal areas! Cant comment on repairs, never had any done because as a SHARED owner they say everything inside and outside the SHARED property is your sole responsibility. If I was in a position to get out of the shared ownership contract I would in an absolute heartbeat.

        They employ incompetent contractor's to repair issues. Forcing tenants to carry out their own repairs. They do not live up to their landlord responsibilities
