Having checked-in to my hotel room I found that both the TV and the extractor fan were broken. I reported this to reception and with it being 6pm understood that maintenance would be unable to fix it, however I fully expected to be offered an alternative room. No. All I was told by reception was I cant do anything about it. Im sorry but that simply isnt good enough and would like someone from Travel Lodge to contact me. Well, youve lost a regular visitor to the hotel, Premier Inn for me now Rooms: Maintenance issues..
