Right to Health

I have been a customer for years and have found the service to be great! My family has claimed several times without any issues. The renewal process is always thorough and timely, you could feel like a new customer each year as that is the nature of the new policy search at renewal but I don't have an issue with that. This is a rare example of a company that does all that it supposed to do on your behalf as and when required and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was sold a AXA PPP pvt medical insurance policy -Health On Line policy by Right to Health. Before I had set the direct debit, I received calls twice a day to make sure I was signing up for the policy. After I signed up and set up the direct debit for the policy , they didnt bother to even send me the policy doc ( neither by email nor bu post). After 7 months in the policy i needed to see the specialist, I did not have the policy doc / number . When i called into their helpline, they treated me like a new cutsomer put me on hold for 45 mins and took them 2 days to send me the document and the number. And after all that the policy they have sold by AXA PPP is even worst and it does not cover the basic need, even after several referral letters from my GP. Strongly advise to not fall in their trap. Worst people to deal with !! Be careful!
