Never before have I still had so much root on show and in clumps. Ended up wearing my hair down until 8 weeks passed so I could go back to my hair salon in London for it to be corrected. She was very shocked.
The service was also terrible. Didnt get offered a drink until my highlights were done - a full head of highlights takes nearly 2 hours !
Wont go here again! Shame I cant post the pictures for proof Services: Blowdry, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
