Came in today on a whim having never been before desperately wanting to sort out my hair. It had grown out from a mullet with long back and very short sides which was so difficult to manage. I came in with no idea of what I wanted, just for it be fixed. I had a proper consultation with both Francesca and Rachel and decided on something that would work that I was happy with. Francesca did my cut and it came out beautifully and she kept checking in with how I wanted certain parts done to make sure it was what I wanted. I felt my needs were listened to throughout and that I was in safe hands. She also recommended an affordable product to help with styling, which I have bought, and it actually works the way she said it would! Very friendly, professional service in a really nice, quiet salon. Floor a little mucky with cut hair from previous clients that hadnt been swept up yet but thats to be expected at a hair salon so it doesnt affect my overall rating. I will certainly be coming back. Would definitely recommend if you want an affordable and good quality service with lovely helpful girls who will look after you. Services: Bang trim, Hairstyling
