        I have learnt so much about myself since training at the Body and Brain centre in Epsom. I have also been able to mix with like minded people, and feel very comfortable at the centre. I have been so taken by the training that I have decided to become an instructor, which is a remarkable change as my previous work was as a rock musician. I would say give it a go. You won't regret it.
