The entire team at Co-op Dartford are fantastic. From the moment we had to make the initial call , in a state of shock and high emotion, and then throughout the entire process of arranging my mums funeral they all acted with genuine care, compassion and professionalism. We felt in safe hands throughout the entire process , and the actual day went beautifully and smoothly. Cannot recommend Shirley and Gemma more highly. Such professionalism, experience and kindness. Our mum's funeral involved three different branches of the co-operative and Shirley's organisation and thoroughness ensured everything ran really smoothly. At a difficult time this made a big difference.

I want to thank the coop funeralcare in Dartford from the moment we arranged the funeral with the First Lady to the gentleman at the end the compassion and respect you give to passed ones is something money simply cannot buy. The amount of dignity and respect you have shown my nan at the end of her journey will be forever in my memory. You have been honest and true full throughout the whole journey thank you for making what was one of the hardest days of my life in a way easier, my nan was a dignified private lady and you helped keep this right until the very end. You should all be so proud of the team you have their you do a brilliant job. Thank you again x
