I called at 11am today, described the issue of our melted plug socket to Kovi who was incredibly knowledgable & friendly.
What impressed me the most was that my safety was his top priority, even without the guarantee of the job, he guided me to switch off power at the fuse box, something I hadnt thought to do.
I sent over some pictures of the socket as requested & had a quote back from Kovi instantly, really reasonably priced & the work could be carried out today!
Kovi arrived at 1:40pm & completed the job to a great standard. He was personable & explained everything! He was even kind enough to tighten and tidy up some of our plugs free of charge.
